PRESIDIO TRUST and NATIONAL PARK SERVICE

AEL has partnered with the National Park Service and Presidio Trust in developing optimized ecological substrates for the restoration efforts at Crissy Marsh in San Francisco.

STANFORD ENGINEERING / CODIGA RESOURCE RECOVERY CENTER

The Codiga Center develops innovative approaches to wastewater treatment and recycling. AEL has partnered with the Center in the Buoyant Ecologies Maldives design studios to explore how these technologies can be integrated into floating communities.

THE MALDIVES NATIONAL UNIVERSITY

AEL has collaborated with architecture faculty and students at MNU Faculty of Engineering, Science, and Technology on the Buoyant Ecologies Maldives studios.

UCSF Department of Cellular and Molecular Pharmacology

AEL has partnered with UCSF scientists on bio-inspired design research. Collaborators include the Lim Lab, the Mullins Lab, and the Douglas Lab.
